Mythos Author Studio Privacy Policy
How account, billing, audience, analytics, and support information is handled by the platform.
1. Information collected
The platform processes account details, author profile data, uploaded content, billing identifiers, support communications, and security logs.
Public author websites may collect newsletter subscriptions, contact inquiries, and privacy-preserving usage events on behalf of the author account.
2. Purposes
Information is used to provide the service, secure accounts, process subscriptions, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
The platform does not sell personal information to advertisers.
3. Service providers
Infrastructure and operational providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, domain providers, and monitoring vendors. Each provider receives only the information needed for its function.
4. Retention and control
Records and uploaded files are retained only for the time needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Mythos Author Studio does not promise permanent file storage or indefinite backups.
Account holders can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing QuillMaster@mquillpress.com, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, and security limitations. Authors are responsible for honoring reader requests relating to their own audience lists.
5. Security
The platform uses access controls, tenant isolation, signed file access, encryption in transit, audit logging, and restricted credentials. No security program eliminates all risk.
