Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Seller, subscriptions, and trials

Mythos Quill Press LLC is the legal seller of Mythos Author Studio subscriptions. Current prices, billing frequency, and included features are shown in a final order summary before Stripe Checkout begins.

Annual subscriptions are not currently offered. All subscription plans currently available renew monthly until canceled.

Each verified customer account may use one 14-day Professional trial. The trial does not require a payment method, does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and creates no charge unless the customer affirmatively selects a paid plan, accepts the recurring-subscription terms, and completes Checkout. Customer content remains stored after trial expiration, but paid functionality becomes paused until a paid plan is activated.

2. Renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month at the exact price authorized during Checkout, plus applicable tax, until canceled. Customers may cancel online through authenticated Billing Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal without contacting support.

Cancellation disables future automatic renewals but does not immediately terminate paid access. Access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. A scheduled cancellation may be reversed before the subscription terminates.

3. Monthly refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once charged, except for duplicate charges, verified technical failures preventing access, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are not currently offered. If an annual option is reintroduced, its renewal and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

5. Founding pricing, plan changes, promotions, and taxes

Founding Author enrollment begins August 1, 2026 and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, or when the first 100 qualifying paid subscriptions are confirmed, whichever occurs first. A Founding position is confirmed only after the first successful paid invoice for the original qualifying subscription.

Your Founding Author rate applies to the original qualifying subscription while it remains continuously active. If the subscription ends, a later subscription will use the price offered at that time. Founding pricing is nontransferable and cannot be combined with another discount. Any future pricing change will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable notice requirements.

For continuously active Founding subscriptions, plan changes use the corresponding Founding monthly rate and do not consume another claim. Upgrades may take effect immediately with Stripe-calculated proration; downgrades become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Standard subscriptions use the corresponding standard monthly prices.

Founding pricing cannot be combined with coupons, affiliate discounts, referral discounts, promotion codes, or another recurring discount. Applicable taxes are calculated using the existing approved tax configuration based on the subscription price and customer location.

6. Support and deletion requests

Billing, cancellation, refund, privacy, and account-deletion requests may be sent to QuillMaster@mquillpress.com. The support response target is within two business days.

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, backup, and security retention requirements. Customer-uploaded files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after account deletion, except where retention is required for backups, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
