DMCA and Copyright Policy
How to submit copyright notices and counter-notifications to Mythos Quill Press LLC's registered DMCA designated agent.
1. Designated agent
Mythos Quill Press LLC's designated agent for copyright notices is the Copyright Compliance Department. The DMCA registration is active under registration number DMCA-1075744, registered July 17, 2026.
Copyright Compliance Department, Mythos Quill Press LLC, 104 Union Avenue, Salisbury, Maryland 21801, United States. Telephone: 443-397-8869. Email: QuillMaster@mquillpress.com.
2. Copyright notices
If you believe material available through Mythos Author Studio infringes your copyright, send the designated agent a written notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the material claimed to infringe; your mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Submitting a complete notice does not determine ownership or resolve a dispute between parties. Mythos Quill Press LLC may forward a notice to the affected user and may take action consistent with applicable law and its policies.
3. Counter-notifications
If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a written counter-notification. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification and location of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, email address, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, and consent to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
If a valid counter-notification is received, the original claimant may be provided a copy. Unless the claimant notifies us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material no sooner than 10 business days and no later than 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notification, subject to applicable law.
4. Repeat infringement and misuse
Mythos Quill Press LLC may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. We may also reject, limit, or take action regarding notices or counter-notifications that are materially incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper.
This policy does not provide legal advice. Parties should seek independent legal advice for ownership disputes or the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
