Mythos Author Studio Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting readers, authors, infrastructure, and third-party rights.
1. Lawful use
Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, malware distribution, credential theft, or evasion of legal restrictions.
2. Rights and content
Users must have the rights needed to upload, publish, sell, or distribute their content. Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and contractual rights must be respected.
3. Email and audience practices
Email may be sent only to recipients with an appropriate lawful basis and must include accurate sender information and functional unsubscribe controls.
Purchased lists, harvested addresses, deceptive subject lines, and attempts to evade bounce or complaint suppression are prohibited.
4. Technical abuse
Users may not probe security controls, overload services, automate abusive requests, bypass plan limits, scrape private data, or interfere with another tenant.
5. Enforcement
The platform may rate-limit, quarantine, suspend, or terminate activity that threatens users, infrastructure, deliverability, or legal compliance. Serious abuse may be reported to relevant providers or authorities.
